Objective:
The goal of this project was to evaluate the business impact of the Knowledge Management Operating System within the AUROS toolset for two separate and distinct shipyard engineering environments. Two pilot tests were conducted at NASSCO and Bollinger Shipyards. The subsequent findings and testimony were collected to measure effectiveness, cost benefit, and implementation feasibility.
