Objective:
The goal of this project is to design a one-year Certificate Program to train entry level shipyard painters. The objectives include:
- Increase skill level of applicant pools
- Provide an opportunity for new hires to improve their knowledge and skills
- Improve the number of qualified applicants for skilled craftsman positions
