Objective:

This project established and provided training to curriculum development professionals with the intent of standardizing training across shipyards to avoid the high costs of repetitive training course development. It also worked on facilitating shipyards’ interoperability through the creation of four sample standardized training course modules that are based on shipyards’ best practices and able to be shared across the industry. Workshops and web-casts were held to instruct shipyard personnel in training course development using standard methodology.
