Objective:
The Environmental Panel responded to the Environmental Protection Agency’s request for comments on a proposed rule for Shipbuilding Emissions Standards. The result was a culmination of new and existing technical comments on welding emission factors based on data generated by the previous Emissions Factors panel projects, and comments regarding how the shipbuilding industry differs from other industries.
