The National Shipbuilding Research Program NSRP, a unique collaboration among 11 U. S. member shipyards with the U. S. Navy, is standing up a new Panel on sustainment issues for military and commercial vessels and their potential research and development solutions.  In advance of formally standing up this panel, NSRP will hold a “Sustainment Working Group” in conjunction with the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) Fleet Maintenance and Modernization Symposium (FMMS) 17-19 October in San Diego ASNE FMMS 2021.

The Sustainment Working Group meeting will be held Tuesday, 19 October from 1:30 to 2:30 Pacific Standard Time. Full conference participation recommended.  If attending this meeting only, register with ASNE for Expo Hall Only. Both In-Person and Virtual Participation via Zoom for Gov are options. Please join us to give your opinions and help NSRP successfully stand up this Sustainment panel to the benefit of both the shipbuilding and ship repair industry AND government and commercial ship owner/operators. If you cannot join us for the meeting, we would still appreciate your participation in the Sustainment Working Group Survey.
