The National Shipbuilding Research Program issued Research Announcement 23 (RA 23) to solicit summary proposals that respond to priorities in the program’s Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) and Technology Investment Plan (TIP) including areas of particular interest identified in the Research Announcement.

As part of the solicitation process, NSRP will hold an Offerors’ Conference via Zoom Webinar on April 27, 2022 from 2:00 – 3:30 PM EDT. The conference will include a briefing on the NSRP proposal submission and selection process, requirements for this particular solicitation, and the strategic objectives as detailed in the above referenced documents.
