On May 3, 2013, the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) issued a solicitation for panel R&D white papers. Additionally, the Panel Project Guide, which contains details on the white paper review and selection process, contracting requirements and formatting guidelines, has been updated to correspond with this solicitation. The deadline for Panel Chairs to submit to SCRA those white papers which have been reviewed and selected for submission by their respective panels is July 31, 2013.
